AZCO is contracted to supply labor, supervision and tools to perofrm the complete mechanical installation of (2) GE LMS 100 CTGs, (4) GE LM 6000 CTGs, (4) Nooter Erikson HRSGs, (2) Siemens SST-400 STGs, balance of plant equipment and balance of plant piping.
The balance of plant equipment includes but is not limited to the rigging, grouting, assembly and alignment of pumps, pre-fabricated tanks, inlet chillers, transformers, Aux Power Enclosures, Power Control Modules, water treatment equipment and compressed air equipment. The balance of plant piping consists of the installation and shop fabrication of 20,000 feet of large bore and the installation of 20,000 feet of small bore piping.

Description:
300 MW combustion turbine combined cycle plant, 1 on 1 configuration, consisting of one General Electric F-class combustion turbine, one Nooter Erickson natural circulation, duct fired, heat recovery steam generator, one Alstom condensng steam turbine generator and one SPX air cooled condenser.
AZCO work includes procurement, fabrication and installation of all underground process piping; drafting of isometrics, design of supports, procurement, fabrication and installation of the above ground BOP systems; installation of piping associated with General Electric equipment, Alstom equipment, Nooter Erickson equipment, SPX supplied equipment, main steam, hot reheat, cold reheat, feedwater, and LP steam. Work also includes setting of all UA jurisdictional equipment.

The list of equipment includes, but is not limited to, feedwater pumps, fire protection skids, miscellaneous pumps, propane storage, ammonia storage, fire protection skids, potable water and water treatment. The scope for these items consists of setting, alignment and the installation of the piping supplied by each manufacturer.
