Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
Working for the AZCO Team means an employee becomes a business owner. All employees have the opportunity to own Company shares under the terms of the Company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan and participate in the Company’s long-term financial results.

AZCO’s most valuable asset is our people.
Therefore we offer a very competitive, well rounded, benefits package to help meet the needs and security of our employees and their families. Listed below are benefits offered to our full-time (non-collective bargaining unit) team members who work 30 or more hours per week.
